after 130kmph upgrade , it can be easily #speededup by 40 min in cnb section

duronto overtake it , but since then it maintaned 4 min gap to duronto .
if schedule of purshottam is speeded up then no need for ot by duronto also.
because both duronto and purshootam will have same mps of 130.
