thetrainexplorer~ 3156 blog postsNR should divert the Ludhiana-Delhi Shatabdi via Dhuri , Sangrur to via Dhuri -Patiala-Rajpura. I am sure it'll pull more passengers on this route, than running with empty rakes on its present route.

Patiala has been constantly ignored as of railways concerned. As per the status and stature of this city, even the railway station is small. I saw two goods trains already waiting for the signal. Patiala seriously needs to be considered as important city now. Important trains like Shatabdi should have been relaunched here ASAP.
