one is upto CNB only so it got confirmed through CNB quota
and in end to end quota it ended with RAC
and in end to end quota it ended with RAC
for eg:
i have booked ticket in GWL-BRAUNI mail from CNB to barauni which comes in RLWL quota so the berth is empty from GWL to CNB so the ticket got confirm in that quota
let admin comment on this

ये लोचा होता सर जी, जब कुछ बुकिंग्स सामान्य कोटे में बीच की जगहों के लिए होती हैं और इस तरह आदि से अंत तक के यात्री फंस जाते हैं.
क्योंकि सिस्टम GNWL शो कर रहा होता है पर हमें मालूम नहीं होता की बुकिंग का वास्तविक हाल क्या है.
