Grievance Description : Dear Sir Sub : Request for dedicated rake for 12658 - Bangalore-Chennai- Bangalore Mail. The above referred train has rake sharing with 12627 / 12628 New Delhi - Bangalore Karnataka Express. Due to Fog this train is arriving late at Bangalore city, which inturn reschdeules dep. of 12658 Chennai Mail. This badly affects our schedules. This train departed at 0315 Hrs on 04.02.2014 instead of 2240 Hrs on 03.02.14. Passenger has to wait at station itself as there is no mode of transport avbl at that odd hours. Our sincere request please provide dedicate rake for this train 12658 Bangalore - Chennai mail, if not atleast during fog season. Thanks and Regards Kamesh K Bangalore

Details : The rake of Train No. 12658/12657 Bangalore-Chennai-Bangalore Mail Express is integrated with Train No. 12627/12628 Bangalore-New Delhi-Bangalore Karnataka Express. Due to late arrival of Train No. 12628 New Delhi- Bangalore Karnataka Express Train No. 12658 Bangalore-Chennai Mail Express was rescheduled at 03.15 hours on 04.02.2014 which was unavoidable. It is not feasible to induct dedicated rake for Train No. 12658/12657 Bangalore-Chennai-Bangalore Mail Express due to terminal constraints at Bangalore and operational constraints. However, feasibility will be examined to run Train No. 12658/12657 Bangalore-Chennai-Bangalore Mail Express with any other rake in the event of abnormal delay in running of Train No. 12628 New Delhi-Bangalore Karnataka Express, subject to availability of coaches
