yesterday my family members went by this train to palasa,omg general coaches were in pathetic condition u cant have space to put legs also this situation was before 1 hour departure of train,people were sitting in toilet also ,TTE was taking 500 rs as penalty for waiting list passengers

Nowadays, peoples mentality has also changed.
Yesterday I went to Okhla PRS and saw people booking WL450-500 etc and I was surprised. I told him its never going to confirm, he said ki hume bhi pata hai, bas kal train me chadh jayenge aur chale jayenge, fine to nahi dena padega. Some people were talking ki If we will not get waiting also then we will board the train and pay the fine.. Kitna lega 680 hai fine ke sath kiraya, one of them told.. So unless railways doesn't gets strict this thing is going to happen and reserved passenger will always be disturbed.. Better complain in consumer forum with relevant pics and ask for compensation. If 10--20 people from each train...
