Instead of running with 4 SLR .2 SLR should be detached at Katihar and 2 GEN should be attaches..What is use of running with 4 SLR.

toh import/export hi karna hain toh 23 Tonne ka parcel van lagvao na,2 tonne k SLR se kya milne vala?
4 slr combined luggage carried=1/3rd of the capacity of a Single HCPV.

I think 4 SLR to save time due to attachment and detachment of SLR at Katihar.
