It's good that a train is introduced for COMED K. But that can be a normal train right.. Why a premium for students...
in premium trains no one is spared...be it MP/MLA or whoever it is,simply pay & travel...gradually all the trains in the country to be converted into premium trains & booking to be done both @ PRS & IRCTC. otherwise be ready for HWH Rajdhani to be looped so that BOXN's will overtake it one after the other.
