and was halted at Chandigarh for 1 hr.. stil covered the time and reached DLI with les delay..

i ws shocked to see DLI station too.. Its very dirty.. All garbage in tracks.. Stinking pfs.. :( no cleanliness maintained.. Very dirty..

being the capital city Delhi.. I ve seen to two stations. . DLI and NZM.. Both stations were in pathetic condition.. No cleanliness.. No proper platforms.. Nothing that the capital city deserves.. When wil It change.. When passengers wil get better facilities there?
