And I was seeing the video of how the officials were trying to ascertain wat material was lying on the tracks and to try find out what it could be. Shockingly, they were doing it bare handedly. Is it safe? Is it a protocol? Does such a big junction in south india lack basic facilities like gloves ? And thank god it occured at a time when it was sunny. Wat if it had occured say at 1 am or 2 am ?
