How to book a retiring room in a station which is not mentioned in the online booking facility? Can i book it from a PRS. For Eg: Katpadi (KPD). Can i book a retiring room at Katpadi Railway Station from MAS PRS Counter?

You can book it from KPD only. No advance booking for such stations.
It's not available online but i think manual booking is possible with proof of tickets at PRS/Any such counters in MAS.
Hopefully Online doesn't mean through IRCTC but online through manual booking at PRS.
