This is the problem with split service train. If both trains were separate then in such scenario
1) Karwar - Ypr would have gone via Madgaon, Hubli, Arsikere and
2) Kannur - Ypr via Pallakad, Salem.
In next budget these two trains should be separate
1) Karwar - Ypr would have gone via Madgaon, Hubli, Arsikere and

Karwar madgaon ubl ask would ve been the best route. A journey of 12 hours , train running late by 13 hours, does it make sense?
I think SWR & SR is having better co ordination . SO SWR often prefers SR
most of the passengers are being frm mangalore it can't go via- madgaon, ld, ubl and ask.
