What is the rule for confirmation of Tatkal Wait list ticket. Does it get confirmed before General Wait List or does it get confirmed after all General Wait List tickets are confirmed.

Was that PIL for this one or in case of extra coaches sir???Anyways whatever it may be better justice is being done now.
