Our SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY operates so many Long Distance Passenger in all sector except TIRUPATHI-SALEM-ERODE SECTOR*JUST 371 km only.
From THIRUPATHI the under mentioned VERY LONG DISTANCE DAILY PASSENGER TRAINS are operated for ANDHRA and KARNATAKA poor people.
1) TIRUPATHI >-< KAKKINADA PASSENGER*600 km.
2) TIRUPATHI >-< HUBLI PASSENGER * 577 km.

TIRUPATHI>-< CHAMRAJNAGAR PASSENGER via BANGALORE CITY and MYSORE CITY*532 km..
4) TIRUPATHI >-< GUNTAKKAL PASSENGER *371 km.
5) TIRUPATHI >-< PUDUCHERRY PASSENGER * 284 KM.
So i requested SWR authority to introduce TIRUPATHI >-< ERODE DAILY PASSENGER via KATPADI and SALEM just 371 km only for the poor people of Tamilnadu.
SCR HAS MORE EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING VERY LONG DISTANCE PASSENGER TRAINS FOR THE POOR PEOPLE.NEW PM MODI JI ALSO VERY MUCH EMPHASIZED TO SERVE FOR THE POOREST AMONG THE POOR.
This route is a feasible one and Erode has also lot of facilities to terminate this passenger trains.
The patronage also should be very very good since the Tirupathi>-< Coimbatore inter-city stoppage is removed from the new time table
