with a composition of 19 coaches was being worked by Diesel locomotive 13292 WDG 3A, 13186 Dn had a compositionof 18 coaches and was being worked by Diesel Loco 18538 WDM3A

instead of asking for 130 kmph we should ask for proper block & maintenance time...all the blocks are taken in haste & is the prima facie cause of the derailments.
