Whom is to be blamed? There was no response for the TN's requests. More over funds were not allotted properly and were insufficient. Only 200 cr. were allotted for 1500 cr. work. The works which should have been completed before 4 years are still pending. I tell you SR is the worst zone in all of India. Being one of the most revenue generating zones of IR, considers only MAS as TN.
