CHENNAI: Southern Railway will run special trains from Chennai to Guwahati and between Santragachi and Chennai to clear extra rush of passengers in June.

Once again SR not operated any specials with in their jurisdiction AND NO STOPPAGES IN TN territory..Chennai-GUWAHATI Express has no stoppages in Tamilnadu and runs only 62 km in TN territory with 17 sleep coaches.At-least it should be stopped in Gummidipoondi TN territory .But has plenty of stoppages 15 nos in Seemandra ( Andhra ).So SR mostly serves for Seemandra .So many specials needed in TN and Kerala for this summer.
But SCR always concentrate in running specials mostly with in their jurisdiction.

OKSir,After summer specials NFR utilize .Then our SR runs this train from Trivandrum or Earnakulam or Kanniyakumari or Madurai or Trichy at-least SR jurisdiction has about 6 or 10 stoppages.
