Can any one tell why 12304 is always late for avg 8 hours from last three months.
its mostly 4-5 hrs delay @ pnbe...if it reaches JAJ b/w 1400-1700 then mostly it'll halt there for 2-3 hrs,may be block time for the section to carry out ballast & sleeper work
