Secondly, this route will connect many cities with a single regular train - Ahmedabad, Surat, Hyderabad,Bangalore. Please find attached the route and the timings.
Thirdly, you should have 3 (2A), 5 (3A), PC, 10 (SL) as a combination. I bet IR will have good response to the train.
KCG dep 19:00 are YPR arr 06:00 are just not possible. Rajdhani and SBC SF already run in that slot and there is no room at YPR in morning peak time.
Plus departure from YPR is also not possible at 19:30 hrs since YPR - BIRD Exp could get that slot once it is made daily.

10mins halt in KCG is not enough.. Loco change shud be done. So, it must stop for about 20 mins easily.
The timings are suggested based on 2 nights + 1 day journey. The timings could have been similar to Navjeevan Express (running from MAS) - but two days are wasted for business travellers. The alternative to YPR arrival can be BNC or SBC (One optimization). Regarding KCG dep 19.00 - which can be shifted to around 20.00 hrs (between 12735 and 17603)
BNC can't be used for terminating long distance daily trains. And SBC is jam packed till morning 11. So if it starts from KCG at 20:30 ( Venkatadri SF starts at 20:00), it can't enter SBC/YPR before 11:00... So better slot would be leaving KCG by 17:00 and reaching YPR by 05:00
