Daily express service have to be introduced Between Bangalore and Mumbai /Ahmadabad via Hubli, Londa,Madgoan,( KONKAN ROUTE ) ,Roha and Kalyan.Mumbai-Madgoan Konkan Kanya Express / Mandovi express also should be extended to Hubli/Guntakkal.
Till date no trains are operated between Bangalore and Mumbai via KONKAN ROUTE even though Karnataka State contribute 20 % cost of KONKAN PROJECT.
