No sufficient passenger locos and how are they going to manage ?
Schedule will b reduced. the rest points, apart from AOH/POH.

Well if you ask me. These are mainly for special trains where WAG's are used and yes and the non daily ones. but then in the diesel traction especially on CSTM - MAO - MAJN and CSTM - GTL / HYB route you can see that KYN Shaktis are pressed into service every single day. Trains like konark are give twin DG3A's.. I feel the impact is more on Diesels than electrics..
yes konark must be given DP-4...wasting DG-3A that too 2 for a single passenger train is not acceptable.
