Dear all,
I have booked a ticket from my IRCTC account two days ago and now I'm unable to find it in my 'booked history'. I want to cancel that particular ticket and the date of journey is tomorrow i.e. 16-6-14.
Please help and suggest me as to how can I find that ticket.

If its Booked, u will have copy @ mail or u will have Sms of PNR no.
Send a Mail to cancel the Ticket by mentioning the Pnr from your Registered mail id
For Cancellation E-tickets: etickets@irctc.co.in

If your IRCTC Account has upgraded recently, click on 'proceed to booking' after logging in and search in 'booked ticket history' and "old transaction history' in 'My Transactions' link
Yes the 'proceed for booking' section has the collection of all the recently booked tickets.
I am very much annoyed by this step as when there is a section called 'My Transaction' then how do they expect the passengers to go into 'proceed for booking' section just to cancell the tickets, if he wants to. This means My Transactions section is of no use!
