RPM is going to get lot more P7s in the next 1 year.. Even if they use most of them in MAS-CBE, MAS-SBC and MAS-TVC sectors, there'll still be a lot unused which gives a hint, south-TN bound trains will get P7.

Currently RPM P7 locos are used with MAS bound trains only. RPM P7 comes as permanent link to SBC bound Shatabdis, DD, Bridavan etc. As offlink you can spot them with CBE or TVC bound trains also. There are always good chances of getting P7 as loco links for any SF train originating from MAS.
I think P-7 has never reached MS ever. If there are plans of new P7s to introduced, it may get allocated to MS.
Before that MDU, TPJ crew have to be trained with this advanced Loco...

Small correction WAP7 are now permanent link to TVC Mail, TVC Express and Alappuza Express, not offlink.
P7 are given to trains which runs its entire journey with electric loco from MAS.
Soon it will given to trains running to MDU, after LP are given appropriate training and RPM gets more loco.
