Sir, please divert some Express train from Howrah to Chitpur (Kolkata Terminal). Passenger of Kolkata are facing lot of problems to travel from Howrah to Kolkata Main City. Please divert Chennai Coromondal Express, Mumbai Geetanjali Express & Yashbantpur Express from Howrah to Chitpur Terminal. Rail can ply Chitpur - Puri Express like Sealdah - Puri Duronto a blockbuster train.
If there is Space available at Kolkata Chitpur, its Better to Shift Some trains as the Move will Decongest Howrah Station.
Its Better atleast than Shifting trains to Shalimar.
My Recommendation For Shifting will be
1. Howrah Chennai Mail (Not Coro)

koaa comes under ER,SDAH div So SER trains may not be shifted...moreover it has only 5 PF & 3 pit lines..so many trains not possible.
