now it'll get overtaken by Darjeeling Mail,PSK & Dibrugarh Town Rajdhani so chances of delay more.
Wow its amazing. Its good to see that within a short time of its launch its undergoing such a massive change in time.There are so many other trains which require a change in time but have not been done so far.
Are the change in time decided by the repective railway to which the train belongs to?

Not sure but i guess zonal railways send in their recommendations to the RB time table committee for final approval...
These changes are tentatively discussed during IRTTC meet which happens every year prior to the Rly budget and all new trains and TT changes are discussed and later with zonal co-ordination and RB approval things shall be implemented.
