in NE part , there are lot of speed restrictions due to various protected areas , so its very difficult to speedup trains.

now prestigious trains like vaishali,sapat kranti,bihar sk etc all are diverted via runi syedpur route which will have heavy impact on their punctuality because Saran DM has accepted the fact that Chhapra is Maoist affected...
So difficult to #speedup in #ECR too
