very correct infact semi bullet trains are very good concept raj n dur n shat with avg somewhere near 110 n 120 will be gr8 for the nation n the amount of money wasted on jst 500 km can be used for complete country development

Yes, increase the average speeds of every premium(Raj , drnt , Shtb and Sf) trains at least another 25-50 kmph by upgrading tracks. As per rail economists, it takes around 2-3 Crs per KM and it can be done a faster level as we dont need any new land spaces.
