Yes... I feel that the person to blame is d driver of the bus...Just for saving a few minutes, he along with 25 other students were caught in a death trap...

And the blame is always put on Railways...How can they expect a speeding train to make an emergency halt risking lives of 1000+ onboard passengers for this idiot who has decided to die?

Even if it was a manned crossing, I have seen many ppl who just cross d tracks even when the train is just metres away.....

And yes IR should now wake up.....Railway crossings also fall in the ambit of Roads n Highways.....During such accidents IR shd penalize Road ministry for all d damages caused if d fault is not on IR ....
