Requested to form NEW THOOTHUKUDI OUTER HARBOUR RAIL CONNECTIVITY PROJECT which should be taken up THOOTHUKUDI - MADURAI BG DOUBLING works and Thoothukudi- Tirunelveli- Nagercoil-Kanniyakumari / Thiruvananthapuram BG doubling as the better rail connectivity to the ports.
