I want to book 8 seats for 3AC from MMR-RMM. I have only 1 irctc id. I want all seats like this way. 6 seats in same passage & remaining 2 seats should be SIDE LOWER & UPPER SEATS in front of same passage. For this type of seating arrangement, what will be booking procedure bcoz 6 seats can be booked per ticket. Any experienced with any guesses please. We are all family members including children & ladies.

Meet the CRS with request letter for bulk booking with all passenger's details, get it endorsed by him and proceed to PRS. But subject to availability.

No. Per E tkt will have maximum 6 passengers.

While booking next 2 tickets u can give same coach choice in IRCTC website along with SLB 7 SUB choice. If seats are available, system will give u in same coach, but can not guarantee that it will give SLB & SUB just opposite to the bay u got for 6 passengers. (it is purely ur luck if u got) otherwise it will give wherever seats are available. This totally depends on seat availability and luck.

What do you mean by SAME COACH CHOICE. While filling form for next 2 seats, is system demand previous bogie no. New reservation system from 01/10/2014 allows user to select choice seating arrangement. Please clarify anybody.
Choice for coach has been provided by IRCTC. You can choose the coach you want. But again its subject to availability. If you opt for SLB and SUB in a coach, them only if SLB and SUB is available in that coach, you will be getting ticket in that coach.
