action against trans-genders should be done for beggars too who give cut to grp/rail police & tte

he is station master , do you think he has such huge time to waste on whatsapp ????
if SM is 24 hour on whatsapp then who will do imp works ??

Such things can be monitored by head GRPF/RPF of particular section/stations, but question arises that are they that well versed with technology/will share their WhatsApp number to general public?
if rail ministry has political will then one or two in grpf can be provided with whats app at main junctions i.e. say every 200 kms and in every boggy these numbers are provided ... yes ministrys political will a must
