action against trans-genders should be done for beggars too who give cut to grp/rail police & tte
thus railways at every junction need have whats up with station master & his deputy + rail police so that whats app photos to these may get action initiated before train arrives next junction

if rail ministry has political will then one or two in grpf can be provided with whats app at main junctions i.e. say every 200 kms and in every boggy these numbers are provided ... yes ministrys political will a must
