Mumbai Goa is a premium DD and hence the patronage is poor... Just remove premium tag and it will do wonders
Mt opinion, Built General compartmants in Double Decker, Attach 4 DD of General in Every Trains, that will be useful for the PAx
due to premium tag & madgaon is better option inplace of karmali

I dont understand why IR is not running DD on Ndls-asr section. I can Guran-damn-teed you, from day 1 it ll run into huge waitings. Just check avbl for both the shatabdis between ndls-asr both run jam packed for atleast a week before their run.
