The coach preference facility is not there in IRCTC now. Is it disabled during CK hours?

Now both coach preference and berth preference are missing.. :(

I just logged into IRCTC now. I could see both berth preference and preferred coach ID options active
Yes. I too noticed that. The option be available only for confirmed status.

Yes, Preferred coach ID option is active only when booking confirmed tickets. But berth preference is available even when booking a waitlisted ticket.
