One can get auto service from just outside Tapri Junction to get to Saharanpur station. Road condition was not very good when I used this service last year to get to Saharanpur station. Time the auto took to reach the station, so far as I remember, was about 1 hour.

My post is based on my personal experience of reaching Tapri Jn in the morning from Haridwar Jn in 12056 Dehradun New Delhi Jan Shatabdi Express. I was to reach Saharanpur Jn from there. I walked out to find many autos one of which I hired to get to Saharanpur in time. Although I cannot say whether the same facility iis available at night or not.
