While I completely agree with your assessment and also believe that many people try to take advantage of all kinds of loopholes, it is still not appropriate to ask a female passenger to deboard at night, short of her destination. Who would be responsible if something happened to her? She could have been fined instead of being asked to deboard.
मैं आपकी बात को 100% agre करता हूँ पर क्या TTE महोदय ने उनसे fine की बात नहीं कही होगी? अभी तक मैंने जितने भी cases देखे हैं उनमे TTE महोदय पहले receipt बनवाने के लिए ही बोलते हैं । वो अलग बात है कि लोग फायदा लेना तो चाहते हैं पर नियमों का पालन नहीं करना चाहते जैसे खंडवा(KNW) में उस व्यक्ति ने ये आरोप लगाया था कि TTE ने धक्का दे दिया पर निकला बिलकुल विपरीत ।
you are correct and this is possible that the full story is yet to emerge. However if issue has reached the SHRC then something grave must have happened.. dekhte hain oont finally kis karwat baithta hai :)
