First they must build metro trains on profitable routes and after they must see about other metro,s. Justice to all
No offence sir but the second linked article clearly says "The Ghaziabad Development Authority would share 50 percent of the total cost and other agencies like Nagar Nigam, Avas Vikas and UPSIDC would bear the remaining amount."
I dont see any reference to DMRC and Central govt paying anything so how did you arrive at that conclusion?
