Yesterday 22133 Solapur-Gulbarga-Yeshvantpur superfast express came with two additional coaches of which 1 was sleeper and one AC 2 tier coach and it was pulled by WDP4 engine :-) felt amazing to see WDP4 and its sound :-) Thank you Central Railways and Solapur Division and it reached YNK at sharp 6:36AM.
Please add these coaches on permanent basis as demand is more for this lovely train. Instead of AC 2 tier better add one AC 3 tier coach :-)

I think it is not possible for the diversion of NED express as it has become the lifeline for the daily commuters after VKB junction. Let 22133\4 be restricted to GR and we can have 16571\2 diverted via new line with the following composition and timings with extension to Hassan via Nelamangla after the new line is commissioned. The extension to Hassan will serve the twin purpose i.e. decongest YPR junction and provide a morning train to Hassan junction and break the neck of KSRTC and private bus operators. The primary maintenance will be at Khanapur junction and only secondary cleaning will be done at Hassan junction.

did not understand what do you mean by daily commuters after VKB junction? you mean to say VKB towards Yadgir ? if yes they have plenty of trains I guess they are not completely dependent on NED-SBC exp and Bidr-YPR can also help daily commuters after VKB

Yes after VKB the laborers working in the factories in and around Tandur board this train till GTL junction. This is the only train with the suitable timings in both the directions and is the cause of nuisance for the reserved passengers. 16571\2 will not serve that purpose because of the timings. 16593\4 is the dust bin train with the least priority and most dirty train because of these people who do not even have tickets and make the journey hell for others. I even fought with one of them when she was trying to occupy my seat. I actually hate 16593\4 but since I am an RF I don't prefer bus travel to and fro for Bangalore :).

Dinesh avare, houdu this SBC-NED is least preferred one in this section, and if people do not take tickets and try to enjoy free ride it must to stopped so its better to shift it on Bidr-GR line.... Hesru yen idabahudu andra .... still thinking... Nanak Express ? not much convinced though

Guru Nanak Express was selected to highlight the presence of famous Gurudwara in Bidar which is being visited by people from Punjab. :) Regarding stopping the free ride just travel in this train and you will not see the TTE till Raichur junction let alone stop this mess.
