IMO it should be KR-PNVL-KYN-BSL-BPL route
Raj, Goa SK plus many south-north connections already exist on the BRC route plus there are not many important stations on that route
On Mangala route it is the only train and so rush is huge, If not Rajdhani there should atleast a biweekly AC SF

As we see that almost all the states connected by rail have a dedicated Rajdhani express train except Goa which inspite of being an important tourist destination lacks a dedicated Rajdhani express. At present the TVC Rajdhani does pass Goa but it only has a halt at Madgaon and a limited quota so a dedicated Rajdhani to Vasco Da Gama would be good.

It would be better if a biweekly Rajdhani express is announced from Vasco Da Gama to New Delhi in the coming years budget. It can follow either the
A.Madgaon Panvel Vadodara route New Delhi route, or
B. Madgaon Panvel Kalyan Bhusaval Bhopal New Delhi route.
Whichever is likely to generate more demand and serve maximum passengers.
Since Vasco Da Gama is the state's largest city and nearest major railhead to state capital Panaji it would be a good terminal for such Rajdhani also the city currently lacks proper rail connectivity compared to the stations in Konkan Railway.
Sir if such Rajdhani is introduced it would definitely be a precious gift for the state of Goa providing a fast connectivity to national capital and also helpful for tourists visiting the state of Goa.
