Before posting on pgportal I would like to share it here so that our expert members and admins can bring out any mistakes or suggest improvements:-

As we see that almost all the states connected by rail have a dedicated Rajdhani express train except Goa which inspite of being an important tourist destination lacks a dedicated Rajdhani express. At present the TVC Rajdhani does pass Goa but it only has a halt at Madgaon and a limited quota so a dedicated Rajdhani to Vasco Da Gama would be good.

It would be better if a biweekly Rajdhani express is announced from Vasco Da Gama to New Delhi in the coming years budget. It can follow the Madgaon Panvel Vadodara route to New Delhi. Since Vasco Da Gama is the state's largest city and nearest major railhead to state capital Panaji it would be a good terminal for such Rajdhani also the city currently lacks proper rail connectivity compared to the stations in Konkan Railway.
Sir if such Rajdhani is introduced it would definitely be a precious gift for the state of Goa providing a fast connectivity to national capital and also helpful for tourists visiting the state of Goa.
