What an epic injustice by Rail Board!!!!
When trains get delayed in NFR give excuse of elephants & permanently stop train services & FOR REST OF THE ZONES the simple rule is keep introducing more & more trains till the section becomes super saturated & avg speed drops down to 25 kmph.

Shall I go for an RTI in this matter? Who'll be the appellate authority & concerned CPIO I should apply so that matter is disposed off properly?
This kind of weird logic of Special,Premium etc etc do not work out in this 21st century.First analyse the path of the train & find out where exactly it got delayed & why?
where it went route tt should be designed correctly first looking at route and traffic
One can see that the train has been following 15273 Satyagraha Exp right from Raxaul which has a lot of stoppages.Finally from Pipraich to GKP the train took more than 1 hr which us merely 19 km as a result KYQ KTAR also got delayed.So if this kind of non sense can occur in NER/ECR in broad daylight then Why RB is strict in monitoring punctuality only in NFR?
