Most of corruption is because of HO quota , it should be abolished .

HO quota is not just for VIP. If VIPs are there, then HO will be given to them. Else others will get.
That was a miss post,stands deleted..HO quota is only for VIP is not correct.

For them system automatically allots HO as HO can not selected at the time of booking and only two berths in AC are emarked, So if not available system gives GNWL or whatever quota available from journey start station.
A separate quota has been defined for Cancer patients and their attendants travelling on concession, in about 245 trains(on 2010). Further, Cancer patients and their attendants intending to travel on concessional tickets issued in exchange of concession certificate and are not able to get confirmed reserved tickets out of general reservation quota or Cancer Patient Quota (wherever defined) have been allowed direct access to the Emergency Quota in the following classes subject to the limit indicated against them
