one urgt query i have booked 2 tckts in 12817 frm bksc to ald for 2 ladies but my father wants to travel in one of the tckts so wat is the procedure to change the passenger today is the train from same family

If the seats were booked under LD quota, You cant change it for your Father.
If booked under normal , and if the co passengers are close blood relatives of your father, hen it can be changed,but the process is tedious. Visit CRS of the nearest PRS with the ticket, request letter and supporting documents .
