The railways have surely done some research on the congestion problem. The DFCC is moving at brisk space and many bridges have been contructed . Once the freight traffic is moved to this line , the existing one will be more free for high speed. Hope the DFCC project gets over by 2017. In fact this whole route will be a high speed zone . Even freight trains will run at 100kmph and will be python freight trains , the ones currently running in US or other countries.
