Right now he is not representing any constituency, that is he is not an MP
He has filed nominations from Haryana State for the vacant Rajya Sabha seat
Are we all sure that he is going to open RM's office or office of an MP?
According to the lines here "The setup will be used to meet railway officials, party functionaries, and hold public
...
meetings
"I don't think it will be RM's office but may be MP's office as RM's office is not used for party functionaries, and hold public meetings at least officially
If we go back to previous govt: then RM, Ms. Mamta Banargee used to function from Calcutta and officials were shuttling between Calcutta and New Delhi.
As written by one member here "To understand the problems of Mumbaikars you first have to be a Mumbaikar yourself...:)"...dear friend throughout India everywhere people are facing one or the other problems. As i have traveled many parts of India and as a Mumbaikar and my fellow Mumbaikar enjoy one luxury 24 x 7 power supply which is still a distant dream for millions of Indians and 90% of Mumbaikar not all bothered wasting the power. The same situation for drinking water supply......so each city/town/village has it own problems in India. I don't think there is a single village which is self sufficient as our Father of Nation Dreamt.

Mumbaikar atleast have well developed local network to travel...
In thousands of villages students forced to walk 10-15 km just to attend school....
In many villages ladies go 7-8 km to bring drinking water.

Yes, I know that representatives of both houses are called MPs. At the present time till date, he is neither an MP in Lok sabha nor Rajya Sabha. Suresh Prabhu have been nominated by BJP for by-elections Rajya Sabha seats from Haryana. He has filed his nomination last Tuesday. Polling, if required, will be held on December 5 and the results will be declared the same day. That is why I have said in the above blog right now he is not an MP. Hope you got the point.
