If we go back to previous govt: then RM, Ms. Mamta Banargee used to function from Calcutta and officials were shuttling between Calcutta and New Delhi.
As written by one member here "To understand the problems of Mumbaikars you first have to be a Mumbaikar yourself...:)"...dear friend throughout India everywhere people are facing one or the other problems. As i have traveled many parts of India and as a Mumbaikar and my fellow Mumbaikar enjoy one luxury 24 x 7 power supply which is still a distant dream for millions of Indians and 90% of Mumbaikar not all bothered wasting the power. The same situation for drinking water supply......so each city/town/village has it own problems in India. I don't think there is a single village which is self sufficient as our Father of Nation Dreamt.
