How about incorporating a new stats named "infractions" infront of all member's names. It will indicate how many times users have objected to concerned member's blog posts.
I know this is very controversial. As it will defame that member profile but it will also discourage all members to post such objectionable posts which will atttact objections from others.

But what will happen if a perticular member asking to others that if anyone free then come at NDLS for first day of Gatiman, he will be there.
