Thanks, how long will it take to reach CMPT from Perungalathur. Any idea?

Around 1 hr or even more if there is traffic.. If you find a huge queue of buses ahead of yours at CMBT waiting to enter, you can get down and start walking towards the MTC bus stop inside CMBT. You anyway have to walk some distance b/w Mofussil platform and MTC platform. I forgot to tell you in the prev. post about CMBT MTC stop. D70 towards Mogappair and the D70 coming from Mogappair though are available in abundance, both stop inside CMBT(the 2 stops are within few metres away). So be careful you have to board D70 towards Mogappair/Ambattur and NOT the one towards Velachery.

Thanks Raghu, was able to reach center on time. Got Bus fro Perungalthur and in 40min reached Koyambedu. Was able to catch D70 bus. Thanks for letting me know the exact bus. Most D70 was Velachery one..
I should have asked how to reach back also :P. Reached CMBT easily, after that was unsuccessful. Finally went to Nungambakam and got into local train.. :)

Dude , u could have boarded Tambaram bound bus till Tambaram then to CGL buses. Tambaram buses will be plenty at CMBT

Didn't think about it at that time.. was trying only for direct bus.. MTS bus were crowded like anything
