i had filed a TDR since my train was delayed by more than 7 hrs. actual amount i paid for the ticket was 300rs. but i got refund only 150 rs? why is that the concerned railway zone who process refund cannot give full refund?
as per clause train delayed by more than 3 hrs full refund for passenger if not travelled?
why is their a difference? whom to contact on this ?

This is a very common practice by IR.
Better you first write a mail to tdr@irctc.co.in and if they do not respond anything, you may lodge a grievance on PG portal for full refund.
