Biweekly train from Dhanbad - tvc via mas so that jharkand pax can get two trains connection in one train also reduces load of tata-allpy and new its a new sf train
why in same route again? just for the reason that it has to tough ongole or what? Try some other route so that other parts of south india also gets benefitted :)
dhanbad and bokaro pax's want chennai and kerala connection so via bza-gdr is only option which is fast and agreesive route
if pax want hyd means can go via ballarashah-kzj
if they want sbc means they 2-3 routes but sbc connection from hte and tata already exists for jharakand pax which is jsut 100-150kms (hte/rnc) which can accessble for bokaro-dhanbad

best u can route it via MDU-DDG-TPJ-CGL-MS (as ananthapuri exp goes) instead of having rake reversal @ MAS.
