dhanbad and bokaro pax's want chennai and kerala connection so via bza-gdr is only option which is fast and agreesive route
if pax want hyd means can go via ballarashah-kzj
if they want sbc means they 2-3 routes but sbc connection from hte and tata already exists for jharakand pax which is jsut 100-150kms (hte/rnc) which can accessble for bokaro-dhanbad
