I have a question..
I have filed a tdr on 6th dec. as my train delayed by more than 6hrs from its originating station... so that i filed tdr with reason stating: train running late more than 3 hrs and passenger not travelled. Railway refund full amount in this case as i know. But they refunded me only 50%.
So my concern is where should i ask about it, or complaint about it. I have experienced a similar kind of case in past as well, but at that time i...
